Akron/Family - Love Is Simple

Some dank folk tribal rock with tambourines and shit. A lot of the album consists of fun playful jams with whatever instruments they have at the studio that day, but often times the album just goes fucking weird on you with some really cool dark weird territories (namely the primal freakout in the song "Lake Song/New Ceremonial Music for Moms", which is the best song on the album). All around a fun and unique rock experience, with plenty of sweet jams and enough left turns and wildness to be worth a listen.

A Cry From The Earth: Music of the North American Indians

if you are anything like me, Indian chants, songs, and ceremonies are sweet. This album is great, actually recordings of real songs from real native people. Truly beautiful sounds come from these various native cultures captured on this album.
